I have a vpr matrix 226r computer and it wont display an image on the monitor?

It was just working and then it froze, so i had to power it off with the button on the front, and when i tried to turn it back on the monitor wont display an image. This has happened before, but i cant remember how it was fixed. The computer was just moved, and the last time it had the problem it had just been moved. I already tried replacing the monitor cable.

My desktop is blue and I cannot change it?

When I go to the display properties to change my desktop. Its like its frozen and I can’t click on any of the pictures to change it. And It is not locked. Spyshredder was downloaded on my computer. I was wondering maybe that causing the problem?
