I don’t usually use yahoo, I normally use MSN but I just downloaded yahoo 360 messenger and changed my display picture to a picture of me and then clicked ‘use my yahoo 360! picture’ and it is still the grey icon :S Any help please? Thanks x

Every time I try to go change my display image, it tells me that YaHoo messenger can’t convert my picture to try a different one and if the problem persists to make sure my hard drive isn’t full. Well none of my picture’s will work (they have before) and my hard drive is NOT full. I know that for a fact. So what can I do???

On Yahoo IM, I can change my display to my avatar and back to my display image. However, I can’t change my display image to another display image. When I browse for a picture and select it, it will show in ‘My Display Image’ screen but it does not stay after I click ‘Ok.’ My old image is still shown. I have tried using jpg and bmp files but neither works. I tried clearing yahoo avatar cache and uninstalling/reinstalling flash. No success. Please, does anyone know how to fix this?
