How can I fix my display image? By default same picture is always showing?

I have one a solo picture that b default keep on showing as my display image. Either this picture only I can use of Avatar. I have tried all possible options, change picture filename (no commas etc) and delete caches as instructed in your tutorial page but still the same. I have even restarted my laptop but doesn’t work.

This happened once to me. After uninstalling then reinstalling yahoo messenger the problem went away permanently for me.
